Our Refund Policy — Overview

At PurisIndia.com, operated by Globein Trading Pvt Ltd, we take every measure to ensure our car care products reach you in perfect condition. Each order is carefully packaged and quality-checked before dispatch.

We offer refunds strictly and only in cases where a product is received in a physically damaged condition. All other requests — including change of mind, unsatisfactory results, or incorrect application — fall outside the scope of this policy.

One Condition. No Exceptions.

Refunds are applicable only when a product is received in a physically damaged condition — and only when supported by a valid, unedited open-box video recording submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Mandatory Open-Box Video Proof

This is a non-negotiable requirement. No refund or replacement will be processed without a valid open-box video. Claims submitted without this evidence will be automatically declined, with no exceptions.

Your Video Must Show — All of the Following
  • Recording must begin before the outer box is opened — the sealed package must be visible at the start
  • The shipping label with your name, order number, and address must be clearly visible
  • The entire unboxing process must be captured in one continuous, unedited take — no cuts, pauses, or jump edits
  • The damaged product must be clearly shown from multiple angles inside the box
  • Video must be in a well-lit environment with the damage clearly identifiable
  • Total video duration should be sufficient to show the full unboxing — typically 60 seconds minimum

Videos that begin mid-unboxing, are edited or trimmed, have the shipping label cropped out, or do not clearly show the damage will be considered invalid and the claim will be rejected.

What Qualifies as Physical Damage

Only the following conditions are considered valid damage for a refund claim:

  • Product bottle, container, or packaging is cracked, shattered, or broken
  • Product has leaked significantly inside the sealed shipping box
  • Pump, nozzle, or spray mechanism is broken or non-functional due to transit damage
  • Product is crushed beyond usability due to transit mishandling
  • Sealed product cap is broken open due to impact during shipping

The following are not considered physical damage and are not eligible for a refund:

  • Minor dents or scuffs on outer packaging with product intact inside
  • Dissatisfaction with product results or fragrance
  • Change of mind or ordering the wrong product
  • Damage caused after opening or during use
  • Products that have been partially used or tested
  • Variation in colour, texture, or consistency within normal product specification

Claim Window & Timelines

Time is critical. Damage claims must be raised promptly after delivery. Delayed claims cannot be verified and will not be accepted.

Return Product to Us Within 7 Days of Approval
Refund After Product Received 7–10 Business Days

Claims raised after 48 hours of the confirmed delivery timestamp will not be entertained, regardless of the reason.

Return Shipping — At Customer's Cost

Return Shipping Cost Is Fully Borne by the Customer

Once your damage claim is approved, you are required to ship the damaged product back to us. All return courier charges, packaging costs, and transit fees are entirely the customer's responsibility. PurisIndia.com does not offer prepaid return labels or reimbursement of return shipping expenses.

Your return package must meet all of the following requirements — failure to comply may result in the return being rejected and the refund voided:

  • Product must be packed in an airtight, sealed box — use bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts inside to prevent further movement
  • The outer box must be fully sealed with strong packing tape on all seams and edges
  • For any liquid products — the damaged bottle must be placed inside a zip-lock or sealed polythene bag before placing in the box, to contain leakage
  • Write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the return box
  • Use a trackable courier service and share the tracking number with us by email at PurisIndia@gmail.com
  • PurisIndia.com is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit — please insure high-value shipments at your own discretion

Return packages sent without prior written approval from our team will be refused and returned to sender. Do not ship anything back without first receiving an approval email from us.

Step-by-Step Claim Process

Follow every step carefully. Incomplete submissions will cause delays or automatic rejection.

Record your open-box video immediately upon delivery
Before opening the parcel, start recording. Show the sealed box, shipping label, and unbox completely in one continuous shot. Do not stop or edit the recording.

Email us within 48 hours of delivery
Send your claim to PurisIndia@gmail.com with subject: "Damage Claim – Order #XXXX". Include your full name, order number, phone number, and a description of the damage.

Attach your open-box video & photographs
Attach the full unedited video and at least 3 clear photographs showing the damage. If the file is too large to email, upload to Google Drive or WeTransfer and share the link.

We review your claim (2–3 business days)
Our team will verify your video and photographs against your order. We will email you with either an approval or a reason for rejection.

Ship the damaged product back to us
Upon approval, pack the product in an airtight sealed box and ship it back using a trackable courier at your cost. Share the tracking ID with us by email within 7 days of approval.

Refund processed after we receive the product
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

Refund Amount & Payment Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund amounts will cover the product value only — original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Credit / Debit Card — 5–10 business days (bank dependent)
  • UPI / Net Banking — 3–7 business days
  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) — 1–3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — via NEFT bank transfer, 5–7 business days after bank details confirmed

Return shipping costs paid by the customer are not reimbursed. The refund covers only the price of the damaged product as paid at checkout.

Situations Where No Refund Applies

We are unable to process refunds under any of the following circumstances, without exception:

  • No open-box video provided or video does not meet the requirements
  • Claim submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Product has been used, opened for testing, or partially consumed
  • Damage is reported as a result of customer mishandling after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with product performance, scent, or visible results
  • Incorrect product ordered by customer
  • Product purchased during a sale, promotion, or as part of a bundle
  • Return parcel sent without prior written approval from PurisIndia.com
  • Return package arrives in damaged condition due to poor packaging by customer
  • Tracking number not shared within 7 days of claim approval
